There are two good friends living on the tree – Oliver and Mia.

Oliver is a round and rolling sparrow, with feathers as brown as toasted bread, and a tuft of disobedient silly fur on his head. He bounces around like a small spring that has been wound up. Mia is much more elegant, with a hint of pale gray on the tips of her wings. When she sings, her voice is clear and crisp, like a newly melted spring stream.

Every morning, when the first ray of sunlight passes through the leaves, Oliver will gently peck at Mia’s window with his beak – in fact, it’s just a slightly larger leaf.

Mia, the sun is shining on your butt! “Oliver always shouts like this.

Mia would yawn a little, shake her feathers, and then fly out with Oliver to find breakfast.

Their favorite place to go is the window sill in the backyard of the bakery. Grandpa the baker would sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the windowsill every day and sometimes put a small dish of water in it.

Today we have sesame seeds! “Oliver’s eyes lit up as he flapped his wings and landed.

And oats! “Mia also pecked happily.

They were eating while chatting incessantly. Oliver said he saw a butterfly chasing after his tail yesterday, spinning a full ten times; Mia said she found a new bird’s nest under the eaves, with three blue eggs inside.

What do you think the first thing a bird will say after hatching? “Oliver tilted his head and asked.

Probably… ‘Mom, I’m hungry,’ “Mia replied with a smile.

Oliver thought for a moment and said seriously, ‘I think it should be -‘ Wow, the world is so big! ‘

In the evening, the setting sun dyed the sky orange red, like a spilled jam jar. Oliver and Mia flew back to the old oak tree and squeezed into the same hole.

Oliver, “Mia whispered,” can we still go to the bakery together tomorrow

Of course, “Oliver yawned slightly,” we still need to count, how many clouds are like marshmallows today

Well… good night, Oliver

Good night, Mia. Have a dream with breadcrumbs

The old oak tree swayed gently, and the wind passed through the leaves, like a gentle lullaby. Two sparrows snuggled together and slowly closed their eyes.

The moon quietly climbed up the treetops and sprinkled a layer of silver quilt.

The alley became quiet, the bakery turned off its lights, and even the wind eased its footsteps.

In this small world, everything is just right.

Good night, little sparrow.

Good night, my dear.

[15
21,18
post-340","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-children","tag-children","tag-story
["GET
